We are hiring Sales Consultants with no auto sales experience necessary. Other sales experience is a plus. Subaru Sales Consultants can be financially successful, with or without a college education, but you need good computer and communication skills. You must have a clean driving record and pass a pre-employment drug test.
If you consider yourself highly motivated, hardworking, reliable and a people-person, you could fit well into our organization. Bilingual is a plus.

Business Development Center (BDC) Opening
Business Development Center position available at Subaru of Las Vegas. Auto sales experience is helpful.
Daily tasks will include:
- Interacting with customers
- Answering inquires over the internet or the phone
- Providing information to them about specific vehicles offered for sale.
The main objective will be to take an initial inquiry, then create a potential buyer to arrange a time for them to visit the dealership to meet with a sales associate who will take over at that point and demonstrate the vehicle(s) with the ultimate objective to sell them a new or pre owned vehicle.
Applicant must be computer literate and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be goal oriented, organized and able to take direction well.
