Will Vinson and his team were excellent. Since I had totaled my 2013 Forester a couple of weeks earlier, I was driving a rental & needed to get the deal done ASAP. SOME dealerships might have taken advantage of that situation, but with a little effort we were able to make a deal fair to both myself & the dealership in about 3 1/2 hours. Service on my 2013 was always excellent and the staff always friendly & helpful. I am now a 2-time Subie owner & on the way to talking my daughter into one as well.
Thanks so much for making the car-buying experience so much more pleasant than it used to be. :)
P.S. Yeah! Subaru fixed the Bluetooth connectivity issue evident on the 2013. The new one syncs on the first try, every time!

Went in this morning to look at a 2009 Mini Cooper. We met with Preston, and he was very helpful and knowledgable about the car. Purchased a new 2015 WRX Limited today from Subaru of LV. Had an overall good experience. My dealer was Jay, who was polite and really down to earth. I felt comfortable "opening" the car up and seeing how it performed on public streets lol. The transaction itself was good, fair and quick (bout 3hrs from start to end). Was offered a fair price, my asking price, for my 12' GTI. Happy with my purchase and just wanted to give a shout out to Jay and David for their professionalism and character. I love my 2010 Subaru Forester. I bought it in December as a certified pre-owned vehicle. It is a wonderful, peppy little car. During my purchase experience, they were kind, professional and didn't play games. I got exactly the deal I wanted. When I was looking, I drove 10 cars at dealerships all over the valley. I also drove EVERYTHING in the same class as Forester. I had some decent experiences and some horrid experience. But the salesman respected me when I said I wasn't buying that night. He respected my space and didn't hound me for a sale. I am now sitting here for the first oil change. I was greated, escorted to the service area and was treated very professionally. I was even offered a cappuccino (I declined being as I had half a pot this morning already.) Thank you Subaru of Las Vegas for not being the stereotypical, sleazy car dealership.

I have gone to other Subaru dealerships to find my perfect car, for the best deal, and felt very stressed, and like they weren't willing to work with me and give me a good deal. They just made me feel nervous. At Subaru of Las Vegas they were really trying to get me the best deal they could on a car, I ended up with a 2007 Subaru Outback XT, which was nicer than the used car I had originally gone in to test drive (it had just been sold.) Preston helped me through the whole process, I loved that everyone was real, able to joke around and didn't pressure me. I was helped and approached by SO many of their other employees to check up on us, did everything they could to make the experience of buying a car relaxing, and also exciting to get into it! Even Ted, the manager, came to help me and ensure that I was getting what I could afford, and the bank was working with me to get the best rate on my small loan. They had plenty of staff on the lot, ready to help me, and when I went back to pick my car up a few days later there were 5 or 6 different employees that remembered me from when I had bought it, and came up to me and said congrats on my new car! Great place!!

I had the best experience at the Subaru Dealership! I just bought a new 2015 Impreza Hatchback Sport, and it's amazing. Preston Huff and Mark Durmiendo were the two product specialists helping me, and they were very knowledgable and were determined to match a car to what was on my wish list. They both delivered excellent customer service, and spent a lot of time helping me find the right car. Aside from them, the other employees and managers were very friendly as well, and the whole atmosphere at Subaru was great. A year ago, I made the switch to Subaru. I love to get my cars serviced where I buy them. Last week, it was time for the "Little Red Wagon" (2006 Impreza) 75k service to be done. I was pleased with how easy it was to get an appointment, and how prompt the work was completed. Based on my experience with other dealerships, I always expect some kind of service-advisor-dramatic-horror-story-upsell, in an effort to scare money out of my pocket and into theirs...but NOT here! Mike advised me of a CV axle boot tear, by showing me actual video footage of the issue on my car. I was expecting the "your car is falling apart" song-and-dance, but instead Mike's video showed the real issue. He explained how minor this issue was, by showing me youtube footage of severe CV axle boot issues. Seeing the contrast, put my mind at ease, and showed Mike's excellent character. He explained that, based on my driving habits, I have months before this becomes a much larger concern. Mike said, "As a loyal sales and service customer, here's a quote I've prepared just for you." Now, I've heard sales pitches before, but after taking the time today to call other service departments and get a few quotes, it turns out, Mike spoiled me. That's why I'm writing this review, and booking my next appointment at Subaru of Las Vegas. Excellent service, integrity in upsells, competitive pricing...and on site loaner cars too! Thanks to the general manager, Burton Hughes, for employing people like Mike that take such good care of customers! 10 Stars!
