2021 Subaru Outback at Subaru of Las Vegas

The Subaru Outback was redesigned entirely in 2020, and it became the most versatile, capable, and comfortable SUVs on the open road. In 2021, the Outback is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine or a turbocharged 2.4-liter engine. There is a lot to love about the turbocharged 2.4-liter as it boosts both the horsepower and the fuel economy. Both engines pair nicely with the continuously variable automatic transmission, which allows the Outback to take corners more sharply. Additionally, there are terrific safety systems such as adaptive cruise control and forward-collision warning as well as the advanced DriverFocus system that uses an infrared monitor to monitor if the driver is distracted or sleepy. There is so much we have to say about the 2021 Subaru Outback. Take a journey with us as we go over it all!

Standard Symmetrical All-Wheel-Drive

The 2021 Outback gives you the all-weather,  the go-anywhere capability of standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive while still delivering on efficiency. The standard direct-injection SUBARU BOXER® engine produces 182 horsepower and impressive
mileage around town.

8.7-Inches of Ground Clearance

With 8.7 inches of ground clearance and standard X-MODE, the Outback can take you almost anywhere. That includes places the competition just can't follow.

Subaru DriverFocus Distraction Mitigation System

The 2021 Outback features a state-of-the-art system to help reduce distracted driving for both new and experienced drivers. Each day in the United States, more than 1,000 people are injured in crashes reported to have involved a distracted driver.

All-Around Awareness Technology

The 2021 Outback features an entire suite of available safety technologies to help protect you and your passengers. The Blind-Spot Detection system warns you with a visual indicator on each side mirror if it senses a vehicle in your blind spots. Rear Cross-Traffic Alert helps warn you of traffic approaching from the side as you back up.

Standard Raised Roof Rails with Enhanced Tie-Downs

Standard roof rails with integrated crossbars provide additional versatility for equipment like kayaks, bikes, skis, and cargo carriers, and can fold away when not in use. The enhanced tie-downs on the 2021 Outback gives you even more flexibility and make it easier to rack and unrack your cargo.

SUBARU STARLINK® Multimedia System

A STARLINK Multimedia system with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration comes standard on the 2021 Outback. To make it even easier to select entertainment and view navigation, a high-resolution 11.6-inch touchscreen is also available.

Genuine Nappa Leather

The Outback Touring cabin is upholstered in soft and luxurious genuine Nappa leather with contrasting stitching for sophistication you can feel.

All-Season Comfort

The Outback Touring interior doesn't just look warm and inviting. A heated steering wheel helps take the chill out of cold morning commutes. Heated and ventilated front seats help keep you comfortable year-round and heated outboard rear seats help all your passengers stay toasty on cold-weather car rides.

SUBARU STARLINK® Safety and Security

STARLINK Safety and Security offer an array of connected services to help keep you and your Outback safe whether you're in your vehicle, at your computer, or on your smartphone. Advanced Automatic Collision Notification will alert an operator in the event of an accident, and SOS Emergency Assistance can get you roadside help at the push of a button.

Crash Protection for Every Passenger

We designed the Outback from the ground up to help keep you and your passengers safe. In addition to its industry-leading active safety technology, the 2021 Outback features eight airbags, height-adjustable head restraints in every seating position, and a ring-shaped reinforcement frame as standard equipment to help provide all-around impact protection.
