I was greeted right away with a friendly face and informed of a 3 hr wait for an oil change. Yikes. Luckily I was able to use the Uber service and was back on my way in no time. Great customer service.

Love this place. I got my Forester here last year. I challenged them to have me out of there in under 2 hours! I have had my Subaru serviced 3x since and they have been outstanding every time. I had Beau Sinclair for my last service consultant the last time. He was awesome (and also easy on the eyes, lol). The customer service here is great and I have yet to have any negative experience. They are always upfront never pressure you to get a service you don’t want. They only thing they forgot was to refill my windshield fluid . I’ve gone twice now and they forgot again.

I moved from MI and today was my 1st visit here to the service department after my infotainment system stopped working. I had no appointment and Josh was the person to help. He asked about the problem and let me know they won’t be able to service my car because they’re too busy today. But, he provided an outstanding service, communication, knowledge… He checked the car himself and ended up fixing the problem. He scheduled my next service and I really hope that everybody there is on the same level of standards.

Subaru of Las Vegas has super service! I bought my outback in the other day. I was able to get full service on it in less than two hours. I had some appointments in the office. They paid round-trip for an Uber so I could make my appointments. When I return, my car was washed, and ready to go. everyone at the dealership was a very pleasant to deal with thank you Subaru of Las Vegas for the super service.
When I purchased my Forrester from Subaru I never expected the treatment we received when we take in our vehicle for service. Taking your car in is never fun, but the crew here go out of their way to make it as pleasant as can be. They are always super helpful and work with me to prioritize what needs to be repaired right away vs what can wait a bit so that it all can work within my budget.

I live in CA and when I am here Subaru of Las Vegas is where I get my car serviced. Love their waiting area. Josh my service writer is friendly and knowledgeable. Always keeps my updates with the status of my vehicle. I love the new system they have that sends me a video of what is wrong with my car. I love when I get to service my car here.

As usual the service was outstanding. Tanner was friendly and explained everything in detail. He also text a video of the areas of my car that were being worked on as well as the areas of concern. He explained the fees and the options for repair. The waiting area is comfortable with free WiFi and snacks. Very transparent and they did not pressure or try to upswell.

I came in for an oil change, used the Express Lane and was waited on right away. I was pleasantly surprised to learn Subaru takes photos and videos of problem areas. It made my decision to purchase and replace damaged parts easy.

Even got an intro video by text when they started working on my car to show the inspection. Service was on par the best for a dealership! Purchased a 2023 Subaru Forester Wilderness in a beautiful Glacier Blue. I really enjoy this vehicle. I traded my 2005 Ford F-150 looking for something easier to drive.
I took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and spark plugs change. I picked up the car drove about 10 miles it sat about two hours, when I was leaving it would not stay running I called Subaru it was closing time. But customer service was very concerned offered to pick the car. When the Subaru repair checked the vehicle needed to be reset and they cleaned throttle and for inconvenience gave a tank of gas.
