Recently, my 3 sisters and I (all over 75) drove from California to Las Vegas in my 2012 Outback, which broke down in the 116% heat. I was able to drive it in to Subaru of Las Vegas, where a detailed inspection determined that the repair required a part which wasn’t available for 2 or 3 days. Sales staff are great! They answered my questions and streamlined the process. Didn't rate as perfect because scheduling an appointment to get my key took longer than I would have liked. Departments do not speak easily with each other, so be sure to ask about chain of communication to expedite any items they tell you that you'll need to come back for. We have used Subaru of Las Vegas quite a few years now, and the service advisors are always happy. It's nice when they recognize you when you walk in. The work on our Subarus have always been great, and the service advisors always make sure we're taken care of. The coffee and snack bar is a great addition!

Buying a new car is stressful for most of us, but my dealer, David Gomez, made it a pleasant experience for me. His attitude was very relaxed with an occasional light joke here and there to lighten the mood whenever he saw me getting a bit uptight. By the end of the deal, I felt like we had become friends.
Came in for bad tire (flat), as well as Routine Service! A couple of hours later, ready to go! It’s been several days since, however, and the Tire Warning light is still on, despite what the owner’s manual says that it should reset! Please advise!
I come here religiously for my oil changes and I always have the best experiences from start to finish. They are super professional, answer any questions I have, and they always have the best refreshments for customers while waiting. 10/10 recommend for your Subaru needs!

I can’t say enough good things about the quality and caring of the service department. It is a helpless feeling when your kid is halfway across the country and things break. Anthony, our service advisor really took care of our daughter when her transmission went out on her Crosstrek. I was overdue for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2019 Outback 3.6R Limited while in Vegas. Making the appointment online was fast and easy. Dawn was very attentive and listened to all my concerns and helped me prioritize services to stay in my budget! Only problem was that I got new tires and the service people left glue all over the tires and it was even on the rims. Dawn told me it would come off. But I’ve never had glue on my tires when I have replaced them in the past. It looked horrible. I’m hopeful it comes off when I wash them.
