I was given priority access to a newly arrived 2026 Subaru Trailseeker Limited after expressing an interest in that particular vehicle a few weeks ago. It was a great purchasing experience for me as a loyal Subaru Customer since 2010.
Kino Taggert was exceptional taking care of my service. Very polite and knowledgeable. Thankyou for another great experience with Findley Subaru.
I had a 90,000 mile major maintenance done. The mechanic found several mechanical issues that affected safety and ride comfort. The work, service, and communications were excellent. I would take my 2014 Forester there again, I trust their work.
2nd time buying a car I thought I was gonna be thier all day but they were quick. 3 hours is all it took.
Honest, professional, skilled service department. They have never tried to sell me unnecessary service unlike other dealerships. Clean and comfortable waiting room. It's easy to make an appointment or walk in for service. This is the only dealership with honest salesmen who didn't pressure me. I will never buy a car from anyone else.

Deceptive business practices with up sale techniques to create fear/scare tactics. My car is coming in for the 12k service/oil change. Immediately I am told they highly recommend an alignment, at $199.00. I said, why, my car doesn't pull, it would go straight on a flat road until it ran out of gas. Subaru has a lot of stock to pick from and salespeople that aren’t pushy. One downside is the “no haggle pricing,” truly means no haggle. Everything else made for an easy shopping trip.

I have been doing business with this Subaru dealership since 2018 and have been involved with the purchase of a used Outback and a few months ago a 2026 hybrid Forester.
I appreciate many things about this place. The lobby area, its dog friendly, high quality complimentary coffee and snacks.
My feedback has most to do with the staff and flow of service. It’s always a very long wait even for an oil change, possibly 3-4 hours with an appointment.

I brought my vehicle in for a minor recall issue gas cap and I was received on time and out within the hour with a Thank you so much clean car. My service manager was Anthony and it was a very Positive experience.
We went to do our regular maintenance. They provide very nice service and advisor are nice to talk. We totally recommend.

I worked with Joshua Perry to purchase a premium hybrid 2026 Subaru Forester. He was very knowledgeable about the car and help answer any questions. The most important thing to me was that he was very personable. Due to credit, I had to bring in my father to co-sign the car. He was the only dealer we visited that asked who the car was for. While traveling through Nevada on our way to Arizona my outback quit working. What’s worse is we were traveling with our 4 little dogs. Dawn, and the team at Findlay Subaru of Las Vegas saved our vacation. They quickly put us in a loaner car and sent us on our way. Had a very good experience with this dealership, from my initial phone call to working with Bri, my sales person, everything was above expectations. I appreciated the fact that there was no hard push for me to finance or add any "dealer add-ons" Bri was outstanding; knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.
