WOW—the technology blew me away. Getting a professional walk-through video inspection sent right to my phone was incredible. Scheduling by text was effortless, and getting into a rental was so fast and smooth I could barely believe it.

Subaru’s servicing wait area has a huge variety of free drinks and snacks (even dog treats!). They always give you a rounded up ETA of when the work will be completed but always finish before then. In other words they underpromise and overdeliver. I’ve never been hounded or pressured by a salesperson there. Good vibes.
I worked with Eric to purchase my vehicle and he was absolutely fantastic. He listened and didn’t try to talk me into something that I was adamant about not doing. He was very personable and knew what he was talking about which made it a much better experience! I’m now a Subaru owner permanently
I bought my fourth Subaru from Findlay Subaru of Las Vegas. It's a 2024 Impreza with 20000 miles on it. SLV offered a tremendous deal on this car and I was all about it. The person that helped me was Brianna. She was a tremendous help as she was patient, kind, knowledgeable and you can't ask for anything more. To contrast, my girlfriend bought a slightly used Crosstrek from another deal and didn't have the same experience I did. I highly recommend this dealership and Bree.

I had a big road trip and my usb chord wasn’t working. Angelo and Kismet at the service department worked hard to make sure I got my car fixed before my road trip. Throughout the process they both were very kind and efficiently worked with me even when I was on a time crunch. I had the best weekend of my life and Subaru played a huge factor in making sure I had a safe trip!!
Although i had to return car to fix AC the service was top notch. They discovered other issues with car and repaired all of them. Filled it with gas as well as provided a loaner. Very pleased with service.

Everything seemed OK this time. I was in and out much faster than my last visit. I did ask when I got to the service desk for the tires to be checked, As the air seemed a little low. I don’t believe they checked because they are still only 31-33 when I left. I’m guessing my tire light will come on soon.
Process of drop off and check-in all the way to picking up the vehicle finished was seamless. My advisor kept in touch with me and told me what was needed immediately versus near future and what could wait. I would definitely recommend this place for your Subaru needs.

While dealership pricing can naturally be higher, the quality of service and peace of mind make it well worth it. I’ve always felt informed and confident in the care my vehicle receives.
I absolutely love Angel Moltaban. I am not sure if I’m spelling it right, but he works in Service on the Roy Horn location. He’s absolutely the best. I also love Yasir, the manager of Service, the best customer service ever.! I am not sure who the top leader is, but this shows great examples.
