Family Member Since May 2005 Burton Hughes entered the automobile business at just 19 and brings over 20 years of experience with Findlay Subaru of Las Vegas. He has uniquely blended his automotive career with his calling as a pastor, leading with integrity, compassion, and service. Married for nearly 50 years, Burton is proud of his three children and six grandchildren. Moving from the Big Island of Hawaii to the "Ninth Island" of Las Vegas, Burton enjoys sailing and values faith, family, and building meaningful relationships both personally and professionally.

Family Member Since January 2016 I’m Scott McCoy, General Sales Manager at Subaru of Las Vegas, and I’m on a mission to make buying a car easier, more transparent, and enjoyable. Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, I’ve called Las Vegas home since 2008 and am incredibly proud of what our team has built, proving automotive retail can be customer-first, stress-free, and done the right way. When I’m not at the store, I’m a proud husband and dad to three boys, and family keeps me grounded and motivated every day!

Family Member Since September 2017 My name is Andrea Rosa Castillo, and I was born and raised in Las Vegas. I am married to my husband, Jay, who proudly serves in the United States Air Force. Our daughter, Marley, attends Bishop Gorman High School. We also share our home with two Shiba Inus, Hiro and Miko. Family, community, and service are at the heart of everything I do.

Family Member Since March 2021 My name is Edo Alfaro. I was raised on the island of Guam and moved to the United States at the age of 7. I joined the Subaru of Las Vegas family in 2021. I genuinely take passion in making the digital vehicle buying experience seamless and transparent.

Family Member Since August 2021 I’ve been with Subaru since 2019 and love helping people find the right fit while being part of a brand I truly believe in. I’m originally from Baltimore, MD, but I’ve traded crab cakes for coastlines and discovering all the West Coast has to offer. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me exploring national parks, diving into a great book, or hanging out with my dogs, Harley and Pooja, who keep life fun and active. 

Family Member Since May 2018 I’ve called Las Vegas home since 2017, and Subaru of Las Vegas has truly become like family to me. I’m passionate about delivering a great experience and building real relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, riding motorcycles, and—most importantly—spending quality time with my two daughters and my family.

Family Member Since November 2015 I’ve been with Subaru of Las Vegas for 10 years, and during that time I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside an incredible team and an even better community. I began my career in finance, where I learned the importance of transparency, trust, and truly listening to clients. Today, as a Sales Manager, I get to bring that experience full circle by helping customers feel confident and excited as they drive off in their new vehicle. What I enjoy most about my role is building genuine connections and making the car-buying process smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Whether it’s finding the perfect Subaru or answering questions along the way, I take pride in helping people make decisions that fit their lifestyle. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me enjoying a great steak from Ocean Prime or starting my day with a really good cup of coffee.  

Family Member Since September 2007 I Speak Spanish My name is Ignacio Rojano, I was born in Puebla, Mexico and moved to Las Vegas 25 years ago where I’ve made a home for me and my family.  I’ve been with Subaru the last 19 years and I feel so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with not only a great company but with so many wonderful people.  In my off time I enjoy being outdoors, fishing and camping with my wife, children and grandchildren.  I’ve had the chance to travel in the last 12 years seeing parts of this country and taking in so many beautiful sights California, Utah, Texas and recently New York. On my time off from work I stay busy with many home projects, there’s always something to do.  I’m blessed to be able to wake up and do the thing’s I love.  Looking forward to more traveling and more getting back to nature. My peace ☮️

Outside the job, I am all about good food and good games — whether trying new places to eat or diving into my favorite games to unwind. I try to bring that same easygoing, positive energy into everything I does.

Family Member Since May 2017 I was born in October 1989 in Paramount, California, and moved to Las Vegas in 2006. I graduated from Valley High School in 2007, got married in 2013, and now I’m the proud dad of four amazing boys who keep life exciting! I’ve been in the parts business for almost 20 years, and for the last decade, I’ve called Subaru of Las Vegas home. Cars are my world—but when I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me outdoors with my family. We love camping and have explored the Grand Canyon, Yosemite, California beaches, and Utah more times than I can count. I’m also a big fan of hot rods, mini trucks, and, honestly, spending way too much money on vehicles that don’t run (yet!)

I’m a lifelong car enthusiast with hands-on ownership experience, including a Subaru STI, which gives me a genuine appreciation for Subaru performance and reliability. I also have a sweet little tuxedo cat that watches reality TV with me.

Family Member Since September 2016 Hi my name is Tiffany Tomasello. I was born in south Miami, Fl and grew up in the Chicago suburbs. In 1993, I graduated with a B.A. degree in Communications with a minor in publicity and public relations from Eastern Illinois in Charleston, IL. I eventually made my way to my final destination of Las Vegas. NV in 2009 and have been with Subaru of Las Vegas since 2016. I have a heart of gold for felines and have 3 rescued fur babies named Emma, Lily and Sophie.

I’ve loved cars since I was a kid, and my passion for Subaru started with the iconic 2004 STI. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my kids and going to concerts with my wife.

Family Member Since September 2015 I originally started with Subaru of Las Vegas in 2006 as a salesman before returning to my career as a gymnastics coach in 2007, which I had been doing  since 1997. I came back to Subaru of Las Vegas in 2015 and have been helping in sales since. After spending 5 years as a product specialist learning about all of the different models and features Subaru has to offer, I've spent the last 5 years as a Delivery Specialist helping people learn about everything that their Subaru has to offer. As you can see, I enjoy helping people learn, whether it is to learn how to flip or how to use all of the tech and safety features in their new Subaru! 10 years strong here at Findlay Subaru of Las Vegas and I'm aiming for at least another 10, hopefully more!

Family Member Since July 2021 Jordan brings a diverse creative background to the marketing team, with experience spanning film production, sports broadcasting, corporate video, and documentary filmmaking. Having lived most of his life in Georgia, Jordan’s career and travels have taken him across the U.S. and abroad, shaping a unique perspective on storytelling and brand engagement. After purchasing a vehicle from Subaru of Las Vegas in 2021, the exceptional experience inspired him to join the team. Initially working on the on the sales floor, Jordan then transitioned to the marketing department in early 2024, where he now focuses on spreading the word about what makes Subaru of Las Vegas truly different.
