The Safety, Security, and Concierge services under that name have been renamed to MySubaru Safety, Security, and Concierge. Nothing about the experience was stripped away in the transition. The rename simply brings everything together under MySubaru, the same platform that powers the MySubaru app and website.

MySubaru Connected Services is available on select 2016 and newer models, and it elevates your Subaru ownership with essential emergency support and convenient everyday features. MySubaru Connected Services consists of two different sets of plans, and the right one depends on your model year.

MySubaru Companion Plans (Model Year 2026 and Newer)

If you drive a 2026 or newer Subaru, you will use the MySubaru Companion Plans. The basic Companion plan gives you safety and remote smartphone services like SOS Emergency Assistance, Enhanced Roadside Assistance, Locate Vehicle, and more. MySubaru Safety & Security Plans (Model Years 2016 Through 2025)

Vehicles from the 2016 through 2025 model years use the MySubaru Safety & Security Plans. MySubaru Safety Plus gives you services designed to help protect you and your passengers. MySubaru Safety and Security Plus includes those Safety Plus services and adds convenient features like Remote Engine Start and Remote Vehicle Locate. These plans are available on select properly equipped Ascent, BRZ, Crosstrek, Forester, Impreza, Legacy, Outback, and WRX models.
