The reputation you can check before you drive over.
Trust is hard to promise and easy to check. So check us. Findlay Subaru's out-the-door price goes in writing before you visit, and the ratings behind it come from customers, not a marketing line.
Start with the number that matters most: 4.7 stars across 3,598 Google reviews. Behind it sits Findlay Automotive Group, a family of dealerships founded in 1961, and that longevity is why the awards below keep coming back year after year:
- Subaru Love Promise Retailer of the Year 2023 — Subaru of America's highest retailer honor.
- Subaru Customer Commitment Award six years running (2018–2023).
- DealerRater Nevada State Dealer of the Year for Consumer Satisfaction — multiple years, including 2025 and 2026.
- CarEdge Dealer Transparency Grade A (91/100).
- BBB Accredited Business since 2016.
- Certified Subaru Eco-Friendly Retailer and Subaru Express Service certified.
On a car you will keep for years, a retailer that wins customer-satisfaction awards year after year is worth as much as the sticker. Findlay's parent group ranks #24 on Automotive News' 2025 Top 150 Dealership Groups by 2024 sales, so there is real scale behind the warranty and service you will lean on long after you sign.
The number you're quoted is the number you pay, and the car that shows up is the car that was described.
You can confirm any of this before you visit: browse inventory, read reviews, and get out-the-door pricing in writing. Start on our contact page.
What that looks like on the sales floor
The awards are one measure. What matters more is the afternoon you spend across the desk, and the theme that comes up again and again in our reviews is the absence of the games most people brace for:
- "No pressure, no games. I had a strict budget in mind and they were very patient and understanding." — Justin, on working with Tennesha and Mike.
- "Great sales experience. No BS. Gave me their best price. No hassles." — Will.
- "No wolves here waiting for you at the door. The only car I've ever bought with zero buyer's regret." — Ronnie.
One customer, Don, drove in from Arizona to buy a pre-owned car that had come in on someone else's trade, worked with Brian Valdivia, and called the whole thing "handled beautifully." That is the real test of a dealership, and it happens long after you have stopped looking at the showroom.
Our pricing and process next to a traditional dealership.
How our pricing compares
- Transparent vehicle pricing. The number you see is the number you work from.
- $499 documentation fee. Stated up front, not a surprise at signing.
- Nevada title fee $28.25. The standard state fee, passed through at cost.
- No mandatory add-ons. No forced protection package to buy the car.
- Advertised price. Often the starting point, not the out-the-door number.
- Documentation fee $799 or more. Higher doc fees are common.
- Dealer addendum / protection package $1,500–$2,500+. Added on top of MSRP.
- Administrative or DMV fee $99 or more, plus possible recon fees.
Findlay figures reflect our current published pricing structure; documentation fees and addendums vary by dealer. Ask us for the full out-the-door breakdown.
How buying here compares
- One purchase advisor from start to finish.
- A non-commission sales team focused on helping you, not hitting a quota.
- Clear, upfront pricing with no pressure and no negotiation required.
- Shop from home, complete the purchase online, and pick up in store.
- Multiple hand-offs between salesperson, manager, and finance.
- A commission-based structure.
- Packages or fees that may be added later in the deal.
- Negotiation required, often across multiple visits and long paperwork sessions.
What you'll find for sale.
Findlay Subaru's lot is built around vehicles that fit how Las Vegas and Henderson families actually drive.
New Subaru models
The new lineup covers the cars Vegas shoppers ask for most: the Outback and Forester for trail-and-commute duty, the three-row Ascent for bigger families, the all-electric Solterra, the Crosstrek for tighter-budget AWD, and the Impreza and Legacy for sedan and hatchback buyers.
Every gas-powered Subaru comes standard with Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and EyeSight Driver Assist Technology. Current trims, specs, and EPA-rated MPG are published live at fueleconomy.gov; ask a Findlay product specialist to match the right model and trim to your commute and your budget.
Shopping a specific model? Go straight to the detail: the 2026 Crosstrek lineup for value AWD, our Subaru SUV guide for the Outback, Forester, and three-row Ascent, or the all-electric Solterra if you're weighing an EV in the desert. With AWD standard across the gas lineup, the right one comes down to how much space and ground clearance your week actually needs.
This month's lease and finance offers
Findlay Subaru runs new lease and finance offers on models like the Outback, Crosstrek, Ascent, and WRX. Deals change every month, so the live specials page always shows what is current, with the terms and expiry dates spelled out.
See this month's offers →Subaru Certified Pre-Owned
If you want a newer car without a brand-new price, Findlay Subaru is a Subaru Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) retailer. Certified vehicles go through a factory-backed multi-point inspection and add manufacturer-backed warranty coverage on top of what you would get from a typical used car. That is a meaningful difference when you are shopping cars for sale across Las Vegas and comparing a private-party listing against a dealer-backed one.
Used vehicles and trade-ins
Beyond Subaru CPO, the used inventory rotates with trade-ins, so it is worth checking the used vehicles page often. Findlay is also a Subaru Trade Up Advantage participating dealer, which can make moving out of your current car and into a newer one simpler than a separate sell-then-buy.
Three ways to buy, at a glance
New, Certified Pre-Owned, or used. Pick by budget and peace of mind.
Every path here is a real car on the same lot. The difference is warranty, price, and how much of the risk the factory carries versus you.
New
Longest runway
Full factory warranty, the latest EyeSight and safety tech, and current-model equipment. The most car and the fewest unknowns, at the highest price.
Newest techCertified Pre-Owned
Near-new, less money
A factory-backed multi-point inspection plus manufacturer warranty coverage on top of the used price. The middle path when you want peace of mind without a new-car payment.
Best of bothUsed
Most car per dollar
Rotating trade-ins across makes, including non-Subarus. The value play for a set budget; you take on more of the long-term risk, so the inspection matters.
Lowest priceBuilt for how Las Vegas actually drives.
Las Vegas is hard on cars in specific ways, and the inventory here is chosen with that in mind.
- Symmetrical AWD for hydroplane confidence during the July–September monsoon cells that flood the 215 and Summerlin Parkway, and traction on the unpaved approaches to Valley of Fire and the Red Rock Scenic Loop.
- Higher ground clearance on the Outback, Forester, and Crosstrek for washboard roads at Lake Mead launches and Mt. Charleston trailheads.
- Heat-ready ownership — Findlay is Subaru Express Service certified, so the AC, cooling, and battery checks that matter most in a 110-degree Vegas summer get handled quickly when you own here.
Paved Clark County roads don't demand AWD, but the July monsoon on the 215 and the unpaved run to Red Rock change the calculation fast.
Standard AWD on every gas Subaru is what handles all of it. Ask a Findlay product specialist which model fits your commute and your weekends, then come drive a couple back to back.

What buying a car here is actually like.
Every dealership says "no pressure." The honest version is what the reviews say when we are not writing them, so here is the real picture, the good and the parts we are working on.
The trade-in, in plain terms
Most people walking in have a car to trade, and that is where a deal usually gets complicated. The reviews describe it going smoothly more often than not.
One buyer traded in two vehicles on a new Crosstrek Wilderness and wrote that the second trade offer was reasonable and he "never felt that we were being exploited." Another handled a trade-in and a new-car purchase in the same visit and said it was done "with truly no pressure."
Bring the car you have. We appraise it while you are here and put the numbers next to each other so you can see the real difference.
Where we get it right, and where we don't
The large majority of our recent Google reviews are five stars, and a few are not. The most useful thing we can do is tell you what the critical ones say, because you should know the failure mode before you meet it.
One buyer came in ready to purchase a specific vehicle, asked the salesperson to get as close as possible to a number, and left frustrated by how the pricing conversation went. That review is on our page too.
Here is the honest context: Subaru's own pricing structure leaves less room to haggle than a domestic brand, which is real, but "there is no negotiating" is not a good answer to a buyer asking a fair question.
What you should expect from us is a straight out-the-door number in writing, an explanation of every line including fees, and a person who answers the pricing question rather than deflecting it. If that is not what you get, ask for the sales manager while you are still on the floor.
The part that shows up years later
Buying is one afternoon. Owning is a decade, and it is where the value of a franchise store actually lands. Our service drive sees the same cars come back for years.
One owner brought a Subaru in for its 30,000-mile service and described the visit as stress-free, with the advisor keeping him updated throughout. Another brought a car in at 90,000 miles and the team caught a couple of items still covered under warranty before charging for anything.
That is the difference between a store that knows the car and a lot that happens to have one on it.
